Domain name acquisition and DNS settings should be handled by your company. If you would like us to acquire the domain name and DNS settings for you, please apply for the "Domain Name Acquisition Service" option. Our specified SSL acquisition settings are included in the plan. If you need to install SSL separately, please apply for the "SSL Setup Service" option. Please note that the support for your company's settings and answers to questions about settings is outside the scope of our support. If the DNS settings cannot be configured by the requested delivery date, delivery will be made under the quizgenerator.net domain. A separate fee will be charged when changing the domain again from the quizgenerator.net domain. |

| Major version upgrade and maintenance of LBOX | In principle, major version upgrades of learningBOX are performed once a year. On the day of the upgrade, server maintenance will be performed and all services will be temporarily suspended. You can specify the date and time (weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00 *excluding national holidays) from the reservation window. Updates at midnight will incur additional costs. Minor version upgrades may be performed on an emergency basis to address vulnerabilities. |

| About Simultaneous Access Per Minute | In general, we do not provide a complete guarantee for simultaneous access. For the dedicated server plan, we will build a server configuration that can withstand 10% of simultaneous accesses per minute, which is the number of available accounts. If you need to use more than 10%, we can increase the server capacity separately, so please consult us. If you need a complete guarantee, we can measure the server configuration that can be implemented along with the server load test by Jmeter, and then perform server reinforcement in an appropriate manner. | |

We obtain the SSL on your behalf and set it up in your environment.
This is the cost when separate installation with SSL specified by your company is required.
This is required every time you renew the validity of your SSL certificate.
There is a separate fee to acquire an SSL certificate.
Wildcard acquisition is not supported.
If you wish to set up DKIM, a separate fee of USD700 will be charged.
