Mail template function
Using the email template function, you can automatically send an email to the email address you set when you "register as a member, complete grading reports, or complete learning. You can freely edit and set the contents of the email to be sent, and you can also set not to send an invitation email.

How to use the email template function
01Click on the email notification
Log in with the learningBOX owner account or a member who has permission to edit email templates.
Next, click [Mail Settings] in the sidebar menu.
02Click on the hamburger menu
Click the hamburger menu in the Template Editor.
Since this is a practice, I'll use [Invitation Mail Notification] as an example.
03Select a template
There are three email templates to choose from, so you can select the template that best suits your needs.
Editing the contents of an email
01Click on the pencil icon
To change an email in the template, click on the pencil icon to edit the content.
02The screen will change and you can edit from this page
The user name and other information displayed at this time is automatically displayed as "the information of the first user added" for testing purposes.
03In the red box, you can edit the email, and in the blue box, you can see a preview of the actual email that will be sent
The pull-down and add buttons in yellow allow you to add any information you want to use in the invitation email.
In the green frame, you can set To, Cc, and Bcc in the invitation email additionally. You can set multiple email addresses by separating them with a comma.
04Click Send Test to send an email to the administrator.
When the settings are complete, click the Save button to finish.
Change the invitation email at the time of member registration
By setting up an email template, you can choose the content of the message you want to send to your members from a template.
The grade management notification email will show the start date and time of the study and the status of the study (grade).
The date and time of the start of the study, the status of the study (grade), and the result of the test (pass or fail) are also displayed. (The information displayed will vary depending on the email template.)
With the email template function, you can freely edit and set the email content to suit your needs.

How to use the email templates by group
Permission to edit mail templates can be set on a group basis.
The only groups that can be specified in the email template are invitation email notifications and grade management notifications.
Please note that you cannot specify the target group for other templates.

01Log in as a member with [Owner] and [Authorization authority].
Click the Member Management screen>>Mail [icon] and set the permission to edit the mail template.
02Click the plus button
You can assign more than one group to a single member.
When the settings are complete, click [Save].
03Log in as an authorized member
Please go to [Side Menu] > [Email Notifications] > [Email Settings].
Since this is a practice, I will use [Invitation Mail Notification] as an example.
04Click the "plus" button.
Click [Email Invitation Notification] > [Plus Button].
05You can select a target group
You can select the target group specified by the mail template edit permission.
How to use email templates for different groups
By setting up group-specific email templates, you can send emails tailored to each group.
Members who have the [Owner] and [Group Management Authority] can use the invitation email notification template "By Group" created above when they register as members.
Points to note when using group-specific email templates
You cannot use templates for other groups that have not been assigned [Group Management Authority] or [Grade Management Authority].
You cannot edit the template for all groups, but you can use it as a template.
