Click the + mark on the upper left of the Group Management screen, and click Bulk Operation (CSV) → Group registration/update.
Click the “Download” button under CSV format sample download.
Enter the group information to be added to the downloaded file according to the format, and save the file.
Select the group list file you saved earlier and click the “Upload and Proceed to Confirmation”.
When updating group information, the processing column is “Update”. When adding a group, the processing column is “Update”. After confirming whether the registration details are correct, click “Register”.
If it has been added to the group list, it is done.
If you want to change the group name, enter it as the second line of the image below. If you want to create a group within the group, enter it as the third line.

After the registration,
Existing groups cannot be moved down another group’s hierarchy。
The group cannot be deleted.
Only an administrator or a user with a group management authority can use this function.
