Member/Group Management

First
  • Member Management is a function to set and to manage respondents, such as students at cram schools, trainees at companies, and students at universities.
  • The Members can belong to multiple groups
  • Different questions can be assigned per group, so assigning the members appropriately makes it easier to assign questions.
    For example, in a cram school
    High school 3rd-year mathematics course
    High School 3rd-year Literature Course
    You can control the questions to distribute by adding members to courses that you participate in / purchase such as the Keio Waseda Prep Course.
  • You can move to the Member / Group Management page from the sidebar or the red frame on the user’s My Page.
  • When an account is signed up, a group with the name “Management Group” is automatically created. Please change the name.

Create Group

  1. Click the + mark at the top left of the Member Management page → “Group Registration”.
  2. Enter the group name and click “Create”.

Invite Member

  1. Click the created group name.
  2. Click the + mark on the Member Management screen → “Member Registration”.
  3. Enter all the items.

    Login ID Enter between 5 and 30 characters.
    Single-byte alphanumeric characters (a to z 0 to 9) and special characters such as ! ” # $ % & ‘ ( ) * + , – . / : ; < = > ? [ \ ] ^ _ ` can be used.
    Name Please enter within 50 characters.
    Display Name Enter between 3 and 50 characters. It is used for Open Questions.
    Department Enter the department. * You can leave it as blank
    Title Enter your title. * You can leave it as blank
    E-mail Invitation Completion Mail will be sent to the address.
    Password Enter between 8 and 30 characters.
    Single-byte alphanumeric characters (a to z 0 to 9) and special characters such as ! ” # $ % & ‘ ( ) * + , – . / : ; < = > ? [ \ ] ^ _ ` can be used.
    Be sure to enter at least one letter and one number each.
    A random number is entered as the initial value which you can edit. This password will only appear in the Invitation Completion Mail.
    Assigned Group Select the group to which the member belongs.
    Invitation Mail Setting You can set whether or not to send the Invitation Mail to the registered address.
  4. Click “Add” to finish.

Invite Multiple Members

  1. Click + mark on the member management screen → Batch operation (operation) → Click “Member Registration/Update”.
  2. Click the “Download” button under CSV format sample download.
  3. Fill in the downloaded file according to the format, and save the file. [File immediately after download]

  4. Select the member list file you saved earlier and click “Upload and Proceed to Confirmation Page”.
  5. If there is an issue, an error is displayed. Correct the CSV data to solve the issue.
  6. After confirming whether the registration details are correct, click “Register”.
  7. If “Registration completed successfully” is displayed, the registration succeeded.
