What is Two Factor Authentication
Two Factors Authentication is a technique for strengthening security by using two factors instead of authentication using only one factor.
In learningBox, in addition to authentication by ID and password, you will enter the password described in the sent email. This allows only users who can see the email to log in.
How to Use Two Factors Authentication Setting on the Administrator Side
1. Login as the administrator.
2. Click Settings.
3. Change login authentication status from “Disable” to “Use” at “Two Factors Authentication by Mail”.
The setting is completed!
How to Use Two Factors Authentication at Login
1. When you log in, you will be redirected to the authentication screen, and you will receive an email with the authentication code in the registered email address.
2. Enter the authentication code and click Login.
3. The login is complete.
