About the function of notification of taking designated teaching materials

If there is a change in the learner's grade status, the"Sending email notifications to the administrator.You can send email notifications By using this email notification function, you can set up email notifications to be sent to the administrator only for specified materials.

If you have been using learningBOX since version 2.8 or earlier and have configured the following red boxes related to email notifications, please check here.

Due to the version update of 2.9, the notification settings and email templates for "1 time limit study completion" and "Report submission completion" have not been transferred to 2.9. Please check this page and set it again.

How to set up individual teaching materials

Login to learningBOX and click on Content Management. Select the course material you want to set up course notifications for. We will use a quiz as an example to set up course notifications.

Timing of Course Notification

passing (e.g. exam)
Study materials (quiz, typing, iSpring, SCORM) and receive an email when you *pass
When a grade status is changed for the first time to "Pass" from a lower priority grade status such as "Not Studied, Not Passed".
rejection
An email is sent when a student learns a material (Quiz, Typing, iSpring, SCORM) and the status is changed from "Unlearned" to "Failed".
waiting for marking
Learning "Report materials and quiz materials including reports in quizzes", and when there is a question that contains a grade, an email will be sent.
frequency attainment
If you have set a limit to the number of times you can take a course, an email will be sent when the limit is reached.
Study Complete
An email will be sent to you when the status of your grade becomes Learning Complete.
Answer is complete.
Email notifications are sent when materials (surveys) are answered.
