Limit the number of accounts registered for a group
You can set a limit on the number of accounts registered for a group.
Members who have group management privileges can set the maximum number of account registrations for the group.
This page explains how to set the limit for group registration.
How to set up
1. Log in to learningBOX as a member with group management rights and click on the Member Management screen.
2. Click [Group Registration].
3. Group registration will be displayed.
4. Enter the number of accounts that can be registered in the group.
This time, since it is a practice, the number of accounts that can be registered is set to 2.
If the number of possible account registrations is not entered or is 0, the number of registrations is not limited.
The maximum number of accounts that can be registered in a group is from  to [Number of accounts registered] of the plan you are using.
Therefore, the maximum number of users for Free Plan is 10, and for Starter Plan 100, the maximum number of users is 100.
How to edit the upper limit number
If you want to change the upper limit number, you can edit the group from the gear button.
Click on the orange icon.
Change the number of accounts that can be registered in the group, and click the Save button.
How to check the upper limit number
You can check the maximum number of accounts you can register in a group from [Group List] and [Member List].
