Permissions to access to Group management and Score management
You can set members who can only view member and performance information.

Browse Member management screen

01Open Manage members
Click on "Manage members"
02Open Group management role modal
Click on the group icon of the member to whom you want to grant viewing privileges.
03Granting viewing privileges
Select the group to which you want to grant viewing privileges and set the privilege to "View".
To grant viewing privileges to multiple groups, click the "+" icon.
attention
The viewing privileges of all members cannot be set.
Permissions set in the parent group also apply to child groups. It is not possible to delete privileges only for a specific subordinate group.
However, if permissions are granted separately to parent and child groups, the edit permission takes precedence.
*Because editing privileges take precedence, the setting of the second column for viewing privileges is invalid and is regarded as editing privileges.
04Save settings
Save and you are done.
*Bulk setting of viewing privileges via CSV is not possible.
05Browse Member management screen
Members who have been granted viewing privileges can view the Member management screen of the set group.
Groups and members cannot be edited or deleted.
Browse the Score management screen

Scores cannot be scored or deleted.
If you have only been granted "view" privileges, no email will be sent to you even if you register for Score management notifications.
