Update member information in bulk.
Using learningBOX's Member Management feature, you can change or update your members' profile information such as name, display name, email address, etc. in bulk. In this page, we will show you how to update member's profile information at once.
Update or change a member's profile information
Log in as a member with learningBOX owner account and member management privileges.
Next, click on [Member Management].
Click the Menu button.
Select Batch Operation (CSV) >> [Member Download].
When you open the downloaded CSV file, you will see a screen like this.
Since this is a practice, we will change the "Display Name".
Please note that your login ID is used to identify you, so if you change it, you will be counted as a new member.

Register the modified CSV file.
Click the + sign in the upper left corner of the member management screen, and then click Bulk Operation (CSV) → Member Registration/Update.
Select the modified CSV file and click "Execute upload and proceed to the confirmation screen".
If you want to update a member's information, the Processing column is set to "Update".
If there are no problems after confirming the registration details, click "Execute Registration" to complete the setting.
If the message "Registration completed successfully" is displayed, the registration is completed successfully.
