GDPR-compliant login form
Starting with version 2.13 of learningBOX, you can set up a new GDPR-compliant login form.
The GDPR-compliant login form function is available for users who have logged in for the first time since Ver. 2.13.
This page will show you how to use the newly added GDPR-compliant login form feature.
GDPR stands for "General Data Protection Regulation", which translates to "General Data Protection Regulation" in Japanese.
This regulation is applicable within the European Economic Area (EEA), including the EU, and aims to unify the personal data protection laws in the EU member states.
How to use the GDPR-compliant login form feature
Log in with your learningBOX owner account and click Manage Members.
Click the gear button from the member management screen.
Once you click on the gear button, then click on Input Field Settings.
When you click the input field setting, you will be redirected to the account registration management page.
Click here to go to the Login Settings tab.
Switch [Enable Agreement Screen] from Disable to Enable, enter the [Agreement Name] and [Agreement Details], and click the Save button.
Set the [Password] and [Personal Information Registration] according to your usage scenario, and click the Save button.
Set the target members in the same way as before, and click the Save button.
If not specified, it is valid for all members except the owner.
If you log in with an account other than the learningBOX owner account
Since this is a practice, we will login with this sample user.
Login as sampleuser-A.
Change the password you are currently using to the new password and click [Change].
Enter your personal information.
After completing your personal information and clicking the Register button, you will be able to log in to learningBOX.
