How to register for a learner account
This page will show you how to set up your learner account registration.
The registration method can be set from two patterns: the user himself registers as a member, or the administrator creates/invites an account.
Please use it in accordance with your application scene.
How users can register themselves as members
Learners click [Register for free] on the bottom left.
Enter the required information from the new member registration page.
After entering the required information, please check the box to agree to the Terms of Use and click [Confirm].
Confirm your registration details, and if there are no problems, click [Apply with the above details].
Once the application is complete, an invitation email will be sent to your registered email address.
Click on the URL in the email address to complete the registration process.
When you have completed the registration process, you will see a screen like this.
If you have set up automatic approval in the administrator settings, you can log in to learningBOX immediately by clicking [Log in].
If you have set the approval of the administrator, you will receive a notification of the completion of membership registration after clicking [Approve] on the account application management screen.
Once approved, the learner will receive a notification that their membership is complete.
Here is the screen after login.
To deactivate a learner's account
Click [Do not approve].
If you click [Do not approve], you can choose whether or not to be notified by email.
Since this is just for practice, check the [Notify by email] checkbox and set it to Disapprove.
The learner will receive a notification notice of membership approval error.
