Payment processing settings

You can choose from seven payment methods for EC functions: [Buy for Free], [PayPal], [Bank Transfer], [Invoice], [Convenience Store (GMO-PG)], [Bank Transfer (GMO-PG)], and [Credit Card (GMO-PG)].
This page will explain the payment processing settings of the EC function.

About payment processing settings

Log in with your learningBOX owner account.
Next, click [EC Function] in the sidebar.

 

Click [Payment Processing Settings].

 

Moves to the payment processing setting screen.

 

You can choose your payment method from [Buy for free], [PayPal], [Bank transfer], [Invoice], [Convenience store (GMO-PG)], [Bank transfer (GMO-PG)], [Credit card (GMO-PG)], and click the gear button to configure your settings.

 

How to set up PayPal when you use it

Register for a business account on the official PayPal website.

①: Enter the name of the payment method.
②: Enter your PayPal account.
③: If you want to use address registration, check the "Use" checkbox.
④：Check "Use" if you want to use the payment method currently set.
⑤: The rest of the items are optional. The message will be displayed before purchase and after purchase.
⑥: Click the "Save" button at the bottom right, and you will see "PayPal settings saved" in the center of the screen.
If you want to use Sandbox (a test environment to check the operation of the payment service), please check the box.
 

How to set up your account when using bank transfer

①: Enter the name of the payment method.
Enter the payee to be displayed to the customer, and check the "Use" box if you wish to use address registration.
③: Check the "Use" box if you want to use the payment method currently set.
④: The rest of the items are optional. It will be the message displayed before and after the purchase.
5) Click the "Save" button at the bottom right of the screen, and the message "Bank transfer settings saved" will appear in the middle of the screen.
 

How to set up the invoice when you use it

①: Check "Use" if you want to use the payment method currently set.
②: The rest of the items are optional. It will be the message displayed before and after the purchase.
③: Click the "Save" button in the lower right corner, and "Bill Payment Settings Saved" will be displayed in the center of the screen.
 

How to set up when using a convenience store (GMO-PG)

Register with GMO Payment Gateway.

①: Enter the name of the payment method.
②: Enter the shop entry, shop ID, and shop password.
③：Please enter the contact information for your inquiry.
④：Check "Use" if you want to use the payment method currently set.
⑤: The rest of the items are optional. The message will be displayed before purchase and after purchase.
⑥: Click the "Save" button in the lower right corner, and "Convenience Store (GMO-PG) Settings Saved" will be displayed in the center of the screen.
 

How to set up your account when using bank transfer (GMO-PG)

Register with GMO Payment Gateway.

①: Enter the name of the payment method.
②: Enter the shop entry, shop ID, and shop password.
③: Enter the number of days to specify the number of valid trading days.
④：Check "Use" if you want to use the payment method currently set.
⑤: The rest of the items are optional. The message will be displayed before purchase and after purchase.
6) Click the "Save" button at the bottom right, and "Bank Transfer (GMO-PG) Settings Saved" will appear in the center of the screen.
 

How to set up when using a credit card (GMO-PG)

Register with GMO Payment Gateway.

①: Enter the name of the payment method.
Enter the shop entry, shop ID, shop password and other information, and check the box to use the address registration.
③: Enter the number of days to specify the number of valid trading days.
④：Check "Use" if you want to use the payment method currently set.
⑤: The rest of the items are optional. The message will be displayed before purchase and after purchase.
⑥: Click the "Save" button in the lower right corner and "Credit Card (GMO-PG) Settings Saved" will be displayed in the center of the screen.
