Confirmation of submitted reports

The following is an explanation of the verification of submitted reports.

Check scores

You can see a list of the reports you have submitted.

01Display on the screen

Open the Grades Management screen.
Under "My Results," select the report by "Issue Type."


02Search items

There is a column at the top of the screen where you can search for reports.
You can narrow down the items you wish to view.
Content
Display period
Study Status

You can also use the checkboxes at the bottom of the search field to narrow your criteria.
Please tick the conditions of your choice.


Details

You can view detailed content for each grade individually.

01Open the Submission Report List screen.

Open the Grades Management screen.
Under "My Results," select the report by "Issue Type."

Click on the "Details" button to the right of each score to view the details.
*You can also check the same by clicking "Study start date and time".

-  Set exam modeIf you set the "No Details" setting in the "Details" section, you will not be able to see the contents from the "Details" button.

Create CSV

The contents displayed on the Submission Report List screen can be exported in CSV format.

01Open the Submission Report List screen.

Open the Grades Management screen.
Under "My Results," select the report by "Issue Type."


02CSV output

Click on "Create CSV" on the right side of the screen.
The contents displayed on the screen can be output in CSV format.


03Select output content

You can select items to be output in CSV in advance.
Click the arrow to the right of "Create CSV" and click "Create CSV by specifying output contents.


The "Specify CSV Output Contents" window opens.
Items to be output are added to "Output Contents" and items not to be output are added to "Fields".
Click on the target item and then click the left and right arrows to move it.
After completing the settings, click "Create".
