Difference between quiz and test
Please use the quizzes to deepen your understanding through repeated study, and the tests to test your understanding of the study.

Creating Quizzes
There are three ways to create a quiz
1. create a question using the Create Question Form
2. upload your text creation to learningBOX
3. uploading the Excel creation to learningBOX

01Course Creation
First, create a course.

02Open Quiz/Test Creation Form
Click on the course you have created to open the Hierarchy screen within the course.
Click on the "+" icon in the upper left corner > "Teaching Materials" > "Quiz/Test" > "Create Quiz".
03Creating Quizzes
First, please enter the title of your quiz.
The "Quiz and Test Creation Form" consists of the following two major components
Options: Various settings for the quiz.
Question: Create a quiz question.
04Setting Options
You can set the number of quiz questions, the order of questions, and the passing score.

05Creating questions
Click on the "Edit Issue" button.
First, please select "Examination Type" from the pull-down menu.
Please enter the question text, correct/incorrect answers (and additional explanations and explanations if necessary).
Click the "Preview" button to see how it will look on the study screen.
When you have completed the creation, click on "Return to List.
06Adding and Deleting Questions
To add a question, click the "+" icon at the bottom of the "Quiz/Test Creation Form.
Conversely, clicking the "-" icon will delete the bottom-most question.
Alternatively, click the "x" button to the far right of the question you wish to delete.
07Save
To save and continue creating your quiz, click on "Save and Publish (continue creating)".
To finish the quiz creation process itself, click "Save and Publish (finish the work)".
Creating Tests
As with quizzes, there are three ways to create a test
1. create a question using the Create Question Form
2. upload your text creation to learningBOX
3. uploading the Excel creation to learningBOX

01Course Creation
First, create a course.

02Open the Create Test screen
Click on the course you have created to open the Hierarchy screen within the course.
Click on the "+" icon in the upper left corner > "Teaching Materials" > "Quiz/Test" > "Create Test".
03Set each item
Configure settings for the following three items.
When settings are complete, click "Create".
Course Limit: Sets the number of times the test can be taken.
Test Settings: Sets whether or not scores, study status, etc. are displayed on the user's screen.
The test is available to all groups.

Download created quizzes and tests
The created quiz/test can be downloaded.
01Click on "Manage contents"
Click on "Content Management" on the TOP page or in the side menu.
02Select download format
Right-click on the quiz/test in question, or click on the gear icon on the far right > "Select File to Download" > select the download format.
It is downloaded in a zip file format, which contains all the question files and image data.
Upload quiz/test
Quizzes and tests can be created in text or Excel and uploaded to learningBOX.
To create multiple questions at once, please use this procedure.

01Creating an Issue
First, create the questions in Excel or text.

02Course Creation
Next, create a course.

03Open the Upload Quiz/Test screen.
Click on the course you have created to open the Hierarchy screen within the course.
Click on the "+" icon in the upper left corner > "Teaching Materials" > "Quizzes and Tests" > "Upload Quizzes and Tests".
04Upload Files
Enter the title of the quiz/test.
Click on "Choose File" and select the file you have created.
Click "Save" and you're done.
You can also upload questions by clicking on buttons other than the "Upload Quiz/Test" button.
Instead of the "Upload Quiz/Test" button, click "Create Quiz" or "Create Test".
Click on "Select File" in the upper right corner of the "Quiz and Test Creation Form" that opens.
When the "Load File" window opens, select the file for the problem you created and click "Load".
When the quiz/test data is loaded, click on "Save and Publish (Create and Finish)".
Re-upload quiz/test
Once created, a quiz/test can be replaced by another quiz/test.
01Click on "Manage contents"
Click on "Content Management" on the TOP page or in the side menu.

Right-click on the quiz/test in question, or click on the gear icon on the far right > "Re-upload".

Other Functions
Other relevant features of quiz/test creation are explained below.
allotment (allocation) of marks
For each question, you can set the score.
This is effective when the mode is set to "Normal Mode" in the options.
If you do not enter anything in the "Score Distribution" column and leave it blank, the score for each question will be evenly distributed by dividing 100 points by the number of questions.

This function allows questions to be divided into groups (sections) for management.

Tag function
The same tag can be set for each section of the quiz/test or for questions in the same category.
By taking correct/incorrect data for each of these tags, it is possible to identify learner trends and areas of weakness.
