Coupon Issuance Function
From Ver 2.12, the EC function plan of learningBOX supports issuing coupons. With this feature, you can issue coupons to your users and use it as one of your sales promotion.
How to issue a coupon (administrator side)
First of all, log in with the owner account, and go to the "Coupon Management" screen from the side menu under "EC Functions" > "Product Settings" > "Coupon Management".
When you go to the "Coupon Management" screen, you will see the "Add Coupon" button, click on it and you will go to the "Register Coupon" screen.
On the "Coupon Registration" screen, enter the various conditions for the coupon and create the coupon.
The input and setting items are as follows.
opcodeThe coupon code is to be entered by the purchaser on the application screen. The coupon code must be entered on the application screen.
Coupon Name: Coupon Name.
Discount rate (% off)Discount rate (% off) of the coupon. (Please enter a single-byte integer value between 1 and 100.
Issue limit(1) Enter the number of items that can be issued. (Please input it by the half-size integer value of 1 or more.
Receipt limitThe number of coupons you can receive for each account. (Please enter an integer value of 1 or more.)
Group allocationYou can automatically add the members who entered the coupon code in the purchase procedure screen to the specified group.
Target productsSelect the product you want to apply the coupon to from the list of EC products.Please note that if you do not specify the product, you can use it for all products.
Setting the publication period: Set the period during which the coupon can be obtained.
After entering and setting each item, click the "Save" button to register the coupon.
You can view the coupons you have created in the "List" tab and the coupons you have issued in the "Issue History" tab.
How to get a coupon (user side)
Users can redeem the coupon on the "Purchase Process" screen after adding the product to their cart.
Enter the coupon code to get the discount!
After clicking on the "Coupon is available" link, a pop-up window will appear where the user can enter the coupon code that was previously distributed.
When you enter the coupon code, the product will be displayed with the new discounted price.
Once your order is complete, you will be redirected to the Thanks screen as usual, where you can check your coupon usage history as well.
You can also check your coupon usage history in the automatic email delivery after completing your order.
After using the coupon (administrator side)
After using the coupon, the payment ID will be registered in the "Issue History" tab. (Admin side)
Discontinuation and deletion of created coupons
If there is a coupon that has already been issued, "Delete" is not allowed. In that case, only "Abolish" will be allowed.
If more than one coupon is available
If more than one coupon is available, select the coupon you wish to use and redeem it.
If the user cancels the payment (for example, before depositing), the coupon will be returned and the user can use it again for the purchase.
