Badge Management

You can change the default badge image, reorder the list view of badges you have created, and manage badges by category.

How to change the default badge image

01Open the badge management screen

On the left side menu, click on Learning Preferences > Badge Management.

Open the "Other Settings" tab and turn the "Change default badge image" toggle On.

Badge images are set for each progress rate.
Save the settings.

04Restore default settings

To return to the default badge image, click on "Bulk Delete".

Sorting Badges

01Open badge screen

Open the "Badges" tab of the "Manage Badges" screen.
Click on "Sort Badges."

In the "Reorder Badges" screen, you can drag a badge to move it around.
When you have completed the setup, save the file.

Badge Category Settings

01Open screen to update badge

Open the "Badges" tab of the "Manage Badges" screen and click the gear icon on the badge in question.

02Setting Categories

In the "Content Category Settings" field, place a ✓ in the category to which you wish to belong.
After completing the settings, click "Update".

*Categories must be added (created) in advance in order to set content categories.
Click "Content Management" > "Content Category Management" in the left submenu, and create a category from "Add Category" in the "Content Category Management" screen that opens.
Multiple categories can be set for a single badge.

01Open screen to set badge

Click "Content Management" on the TOP page or the side menu to open the "Content Management" screen.
Right-click on the subject for which you want to set a badge or click on the gear icon and select "Set Badge".

Select whether you want the badge to appear on the screen to be studied and the badge to be set.
Save the settings.

03Create a new badge

You can create a new badge by selecting "Create a new badge" under "Badge Settings."
