Settings

The following is an explanation of each item on the "Settings" screen, which is opened by clicking "System Settings" > "Settings" in the side menu. Here you can configure settings related to the system in general.

Order history

Moves to the "Order History List" screen.
*For more details, refer to Order History List.

User permission settings

The following two items can be set to allow or disallow operation on the user side.
To allow, turn the toggle On.

▼Allow your results to be viewed
You can set whether or not you want your grades to be viewed on the grade management screen.

▼Allow profile changes
You can set whether or not you want to have the contents of your profile changed by going to Name > "Change Profile" in the upper right corner of the screen.

Simultaneous login settings

You can set the number of simultaneous logins allowed when using the same account to log in to different browsers at the same time. You can also set whether to give priority to the previous login or the later login when the number of simultaneous logins is reached.

SCORM 1.2 / LMS Item Selection

By linking learningBOX user information as an API item, SCORM materials can be learned without the need to log in.

Using OneRoster

You can set whether to use OneRoster or not.
Only the owner administrator can set this.

01. Usage Settings

Click on "Use OneRoster.

Click "Use OneRoster" when the following pop-up is displayed.

Note

Since the use of OneRoster is intended for educational institutions, when the use of OneRoster is activated, the notation will be changed to "Grade" and "Role" and a new "Attendance Number" will be added.

unsubscribe process

Only the owner administrator can set this.

01. Open the withdrawal processing screen.

Click on "Unsubscribe" in the lower left corner of the screen.

02.Cancel membership

If you click "Withdrawal" again on the "Withdrawal Processing" screen, your membership will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to log in.
After you cancel your membership, your account information will be stored for 30 days. After the storage period, the information will be completely deleted and cannot be restored (including user information invited from this account).

Access Logs

Moves to the "Access Log" screen.

Company name change

You can change your company name.
When you have completed the entry in the "Change Company Name" field, click on "Change Company Name".

List of selected contents

Selective Content Setup."to see which content the user has selected or to reset the selection.

01. Open the Selected Contents List screen.

Click on "List of Selected Contents" on the right side of the screen.

02. Search for target accounts

Enter the login ID of the target account in the input field to search.

03. Confirm your selection

The content selected by the user is labeled "Selecting".

04. Reset Selection

You can reset the user's selection by clicking "Delete" in the pop-up that opens from "Reset Selection Status."

Login Application List

When it is necessary for us to log in to the customer's environment for the purpose of investigating a problem, etc., we apply for permission to log in and the customer chooses whether or not to approve the request.
You can also check the list of login applications.

Manage generator version

Here you can set the software version to be used for each type of content.

01. Go to Manage generator version

Click on "Proceed to Versioning" on the right side of the screen.

02. Select version

The "Generator Version Management" screen will open.

03. Content version

After the conversion, content can be created in the specified version.
*For content created before conversion, right-click on the target content in the "Content Management" screen and select "Convert to Specified Version".

QuizGenerator License Key Setup

Paid optionsQuizGenerator License.When you purchase the software, you can set it up by entering your license key here.

Enter "License: E-mail" and "License: Key" and toggle On.
Quizzes and tests created or uploaded from forms after setting the QuizGenerator license key will be automatically licensed without setting "#email:***" and "#key:***" in the option values.

*A quiz/test created before setting the license key will have the license applied by editing the content from the content management screen or by executing the gear icon at the top of the screen > "Convert to Specified Version".

CSV output settings

You can switch the character encoding used within learningBOX to either "UTF-8" or "Windows-31J" by changing the character encoding toggle in the "CSV Output Settings" field at the bottom right of the screen.
*Please select "UTF-8" if you encounter garbled characters in Korean, Vietnamese, etc.

Cookie Settings

You can change this setting once you have accepted or rejected the collection of information through cookies.

01. Setting Change

Click on "Change Cookie Settings" in the lower right corner of the screen.
The banner regarding consent will be displayed again.

02. Select Approval/Rejection

Please select either Approve or Deny.
Alternatively, you can close the banner with the X button.
By the way, if you choose "Deny," this setting will be maintained for 6 months (you can change it to "Approve" in the process).

03. When closed with the x button

The message that the setting cannot be changed for a certain period of time will be displayed, and you will not be able to click the button to change the setting.
*Strictly speaking, settings cannot be changed for one day.

AI assist function usage settings

You can set whether to use AI Assist, which automatically generates quizzes/tests, memorization cards, and courses.
This can be toggled On/Off by toggling the "Allow AI assist functions" toggle.
The default setting is to use (On).
