From around 4:00 PM (JST) on Monday, October 20th, 2025, an issue occurred in which emails could not be sent from our system due to a failure in AWS (Amazon Web Services).
We have confirmed that the system has now recovered and is operating normally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that if you attempted to send emails during the period below, they were not sent successfully and resulted in a \u201cSending Failed\u201d status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
