Learning status and grades are centrally managed on the server. We had a written exam that tested knowledge and a practical exam that tested skills. The written exam was paper-based, but it took a long time to grade it, and there was a problem of grading errors. Otherwise, the grading would be inconsistent. If not, there would be a discrepancy in the grading, and the man-hours would be concentrated on a specific member.
