File upload of correction results at the time of grading

When grading submissions, you can upload a file of the correction results.

Content you can attach a file(s) to

When grading, you can attach a file(s) to the following content:

  1.  Report assignment
  2. Questions which the "Report/Questionnaire" format is selected
Note

*When the "Report/Questionnaire" was selected:

  • Five files can be uploaded for each question
  • The maximum upload file size is linked to the maximum file size of all questions.

Steps

01. Go to Manage scores

Click on "Grade Control" on the TOP page and select the "List" or "Reports" tab.
Click on the button in the red frame on the content which you want to grade.

Note

The grading authority can access the grading screen only by following the steps below.

  1. Click on "Grades and Scoring Analysis" > "Scoring Management" in the side menu
  2. Click on the "Details" button for the grade in question
  3. Click the "Score" button on the grade details screen that opens.

02. Upload correction files

You can upload a file from "Choose File."
*Up to five files can be attached, and the maximum upload file size depends on your contract.

03. Display on user side

Users can view their correction files on the "My Results" screen.
Click on the "Details" button on the content and download the file.
*For quizzes/exams, the download button will be shown on the question of report assignment.
