You can set whether or not to allow users to unsubscribe.

Account sign-up settings
01. Open the registration setup screen.
In the side menu, select "User Management" > "Registration Settings".

The "Registration Settings" tab of the "User Information Settings Management" screen will open.
To allow users to unsubscribe, please save the "Enable Unsubscribe" toggle to On.
03. Display on user side
Once enabled, the Unsubscribe button will appear at the bottom of the "Change Profile" screen when logged in with the user's account.
