  3. 3)個人情報の提供の任意性と結果
    個人情報の提供はご本人の任意で行うことができますが、必用な個人情報の一部または全部を提供されなかった場合は2)個人情報の利用目的に記されたサービスを提供できない場合があります。

    提供された個人情報は、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者への提供はいたしません。

    当社は、当社の運営するWebページ上において、Googleアナリティクスおよびクッキー(Cookie)を利用します。また当社の運営するWebサイトでは個人情報を入力していただく部分にはすべてSSL(Secure Sockets
    Layer)のデータ暗号化システムを利用しております。ただし、インターネット通信の性格上、セキュリティを完全に保証するものではありません。あらかじめご了承ください。

    ①Googleアナリティクスとは
    Webページへのアクセス状況を把握することで特定のWebページへのアクセスの事実および使用率等に関する統計を取得する技術です。
    ②Googleアナリティクスの利用について
    当社は、下記の目的のためにGoogleアナリティクスを使用する場合があります。ただしこれにより個人を特定可能な情報を取得することはありません。
    ・特定のWebページへのアクセスおよびページの表示を把握するため。
    ・クッキーと合わせて使用し、詳細な統計的情報を取得するため。

    1.クッキー(Cookie)について
    ①クッキーとは

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to learningBOX, Inc. (“we”, “our” and “us”)’s processing of personal data in the context of our offering of goods and services to, or monitoring the behavior of, individuals.     – Payment service providers, including PayPal Pte. Ltd, GMO Payment Gateway, Inc., Stripe, Inc., and ZEUS Co., Ltd. for the purpose of settling the payment for our services. We share your credit card information including card holder’s name, card number, and validity period, provided, however, that we will not retain your credit card information after sharing it to payment service providers;

  8. Outsourcing Management
    We may outsource part of our operations pertaining to personal information to another company. In this case, we select the company who meet or exceed our standard of personal information protection and specify their responsibilities. We also demand of the company appropriate handling of personal information and will continue to supervise and evaluate them to safeguard operations.
  9. Acquisition of Personal Information by a Method that the Person cannot Easily Recognize
    We use Google Analytics and Cookies on the websites operated by us. We also use the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) data encryption system for all the parts where personal information is entered on the website operated by us. However, please note in advance that due to the nature of Internet communication, security is not completely guaranteed.
