FAQ

What payment methods are available?

PayPal payment (credit card), bank transfer, and invoice payment are supported. Installment payments are not supported.

When can I start using learningBOX after signing up?

Free plans are available right after signing up. For Pro Plans, you can specify the start date when upgrading. If you pay by bank transfer, you can start using the service after we confirm your payment on our business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). In the case of invoice payment, the service is available right after the invoice is issued.

Can I sign up 50 accounts or add spots?

Contracts are for every 100 accounts, and you cannot specify the number of accounts nor add spots with specified accounts.

Can I use the existing data in a Free Plan when I upgrade to a Pro Plan?

Yes, you can continue to use your data if you apply with the account you use for a Free Plan.

I am using a Free Plan. Can I increase the video quality?

Video quality varies depending on the plan. For more details, click here.
