When a format other than the default was set for "Date Format/Time Format" in the [Edit User Profile/Change User Profile] screen, and when clicking the [CSV Output/Create] button after filtering by "Date/Time Type/Search Date" or "Order Date/Deposit Date", the CSV was not output with the content of the narrowed-down display. This bug has been corrected.
