We meet a wide range of needs—including those related to digital transformation (DX)—such as “managing training end-to-end, from content creation to administration,” “moving certification exams online,” “offering content via subscription,” and “using the platform for knowledge sharing.”
Not only the high performance features but cost-effective solutions accelerate learning. We believe that our pocket-friendly platform empowers people to learn anytime and anywhere, and to succeed in their future.

Product Policy

Improve product with customer voice

  1. For anyone

learningBOX is developed as a standardized solution that can be utilized across many business domains, without developing specialized features for specific companies. By standardizing and consolidating the product into a single platform, we strive to improve the user experience for all users while keeping management costs low.

  2. Basic Approach to Updates

LearningBOX employs a marketing approach called "Product-Led Growth". In this approach, we believe that the growth of the product itself will ultimately lead to an increase in market share. For this reason, we place the continuous growth of our products as our top priority. Specifically, we systematically implement major and minor updates to our products a total of eight times per year. Through these efforts, we are constantly adding new features and improving existing features in order to provide even higher quality services. We also apply patches as needed, including bug fixes and security vulnerabilities. In addition, support for current versions of our products is an important part of our daily work.

  3. High customer satisfaction

If you have any requests for improvements, such as "This part of the function is difficult to understand" or "I want it to be easier to use," please feel free to contact us. We prioritize requests for functional improvements in the Product Backlog according to the number of requests we receive. By reflecting customer feedback in product development and improvement, we strive to gain customer satisfaction and trust.

Design Policy

For learners, for educators

  1. Beyond satisfaction

We pursue designs that can propose solutions to users in order to create products that can realize what they want to do, such as "I want to create this kind of content," "I have a problem I want to solve," or "I have a goal I want to achieve. We pursue a design that can propose a solution that is close to the user, so that the product can realize what the user wants to do. We will use the power of design to create products that can be used more freely than the user can imagine.

  2. Dedication

We will pursue integrity and flexibility. Our simple and customer-centric design will cater to the change of time rather than a novel and unique one for an ever-loved product.

  3. Enjoyment

Create autonomy, motivate learners. As a learning experience platform provider, we have created fun features so that learners can stay positive to achieve their goals. In addition to usability, we will focus on fundamental factors for education.

Product Owner Voice
Message

When I joined learningBOX, Inc. (formerly Tatsuno Joho System K.K.) in 2015, the company's main focus was product development from clients. However, our free service named “QuizGenerator” was already open for free, even for commercial use. The service has been popular among many users since its release, and we received inquiries about how to use it on a daily basis. The more I talked to customers including many educators, the more I came to feel something warm in my heart. This was the start of our journey. Since then, we have worked on developing an easy-to-use and low-cost e-learning system especially for those who were not familiar with computers.
In 2016, we launched “learningBOX” as a small product that allowed users to distribute quizzes and tests and save results. Although its capabilities were very limited at first, we worked together with various companies—all of whom shared our vision of “creating a product that takes education seriously”—to grow this LMS, which originated in the regional city of Tatsuno, Hyogo Prefecture.
Let us hear your voice with a sincere passion for education. We will support you no matter what industry you are in.
