This training course is designed to provide knowledge and preparedness of business manners that are essential for smooth work.
You will learn in three sections: "Mindset," "Language and Honorifics," and "Online Manners."

After graduating from university, worked as a consulting staff in a Toyota general showroom. While communicating with a wide variety of customers, she learned how to explain products in a way that makes them attractive to customers. She also narrated new car models, hosted various events, and was in charge of vehicle explanations at the Tokyo Motor Show.
From his fourth year with the company, he has worked as a supervisor, teaching and training junior staff.
Since 2002, he has worked as an instructor in the Sales Human Resource Development Department of Toyota Motor Corporation.
She acquired instructional skills and was in charge of group training at a training center for two years. Since then, he has been involved for more than 15 years in instructor-led human resource development for sales staff, engineers, and clerical staff, including store managers at car dealerships. In FY 2018, he conducted more than 100 training sessions per year. In addition, he also gives lectures, conducts store surveys, prepares internal manuals, and provides consulting services for human resource development.
