Notice of Change of Company Name

We would like to thank you for your continued patronage.
We have decided to change our company name in order to make our brand name more widely known.
As previously announced, Tatsuno Information System Co.
As of Friday, July 1, 2022, we have changed our company name to "learningBOX Corporation".
All of us will continue to do our utmost to provide services that satisfy our customers, and we look forward to your continued patronage and support.

2. handling of contracts and other documents
　　The corporate name change is for the corporate name only; the legal entity is the same.
　　We request that the old company name on the following documents be replaced with the new company name.
　　Contracts, memoranda of understanding, and other contract-related documents signed under the former company name by June 30, 2022
　　Various documents (purchase orders, delivery slips, invoices, quotations, specifications, etc.) used for transactions through June 30, 2022

3. change of name on bank account
　　The name of the bank account will be changed along with the company name change, but due to procedural reasons, the name change is expected to be completed around the end of July.
　　As a result, there is a possibility that the new company name and the old company name will be mixed regarding the name of the transfer from our company during July. Please understand this in advance.
　　There will be no change in the name and account number of the bank with which you transact business.
