What is the reporting function?
The "reporting function" is a feature that requires learners to submit assignments.
You can submit your report in two formats: file submission or input form.
About the report function
Generate a report
In this article, we will introduce the use of this report submission function in training.
Examples of our use of training for new employees
I'd like to share with you an example of how we are using this report submission feature in our new employee training.
One of our training programs for new employees is called "CS training".
This is mainly training in customer relations, specifically in responding to customer inquiry emails.
(Flatteringly, it's "email training.")
We then conduct this training using the "report submission function" of our e-learning system, learningBOX.
Let me explain the process of using the system.
STEP 1: Enter and create the most frequently received inquiries from customers.
STEP 2: Learners enter the contents of the reply to each query as if they were replying to it.
STEP 3: The supervisor reviews the responses entered. Grades the answers. (If it's wrong, give them a hint, etc.)
For more information on how to create a report function, please refer to>>learningBOX's report assignment creation function<<You can read more about it in
It can be used for customer relations training.
When you hear the word "report" you know what it means.
Report (report based on attending training in ●●●)
Impressions (impressions of reading a book about ●●●)
But depending on how you use it, you can apply it to customer relations training in this way as well.
Benefits of using it for customer relations training
Now let's discuss the benefits of using e-learning for customer relations training.
It's a great way to build trust.
E-learning may be perceived as a one-way street where communication is more difficult than real training. However, the report submission feature is corrected, so communication is inevitable.
Depending on how your supervisor corrects you (giving hints, praise, etc.), this can be a means of building trust.
Use your time efficiently.
If you're going to do this kind of customer relations training in a real training session, the learners and the managers need to be together at the same time. If they can't get together, you have to split the schedule and time to accommodate that number of people.
However, if implemented through e-learning, this is not necessary. Both learners and administrators will be able to use their time.
You'll be able to be flexible.
Learners will feel a sense of accomplishment
Naturally, it's e-learning, so you'll complete the training through a screen.
In the case of our reporting feature, if the administrator selects "Pass", the learning side will indicate that the student has passed.
It would be an accomplishment to be able to increase the number of "passes.
Achieving Customer Success
In this way, you can use the report submission feature to achieve customer relations training.
We encourage you to use our e-learning system, learningBOX, for customer-facing training and
We hope to contribute to the customer success of your business.
