If you do not receive the invitation email or notification email when you register, please try the following

If you are using a mobile phone carrier email

One of the most common reasons why you don't receive email invitations is because of your mobile device's reception settings.
If you are using a mobile carrier email such as @ezweb.ne.jp, @docomo.ne.jp, @softbank.ne.jp, @i.softbank.jp, etc.You are not able to receive e-mail from your computer.Many cases are seen.

In this case, you will not be able to receive our e-mails. Please refer to the "Receiving PC e-mails" section of your mobile carrier's manual and set your permission to receive e-mails.

If you use Gmail, etc.

There has been a sharp increase in the number of inquiries from customers using free e-mails such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, etc., who have not received order confirmation e-mails or product shipment e-mails.
There have been a number of cases where we have not been able to deliver emails for recent orders, even if the order was placed from the same email address as before. This may be due to the fact that free email operators have raised the level of anti-spam measures. Please check your junk mail folder and trash folder.

You will see a column in the menu section that looks similar to Junk Mail, etc. If you click on that, you will see the junk mail.

In addition, there may be a field in the collapsed menu that is similar to junk mail. In that case, please click on the button such as More, as shown in the red frame in the image below.
