Flow of Use

Up to 1 month in advance
01. inquiry and hearing
We will listen to your requests for training and formulate a training plan.
02. submission of plan notification
You are required to submit a training plan notification to the Department of Labor.
Start of enrollment
03. training attendance
You will be required to attend a training course.
04. payment
Please pay the training fee and laborer's fee in advance.

After 1 month
05. submission of application form
You are required to submit an application for the subsidy to the Department of Labor.

2 to 3 months later
06. receipt of subsidy and payment of remaining balance
Payment is expected to be received approximately 2-3 months after completion of the course. After receiving the payment, please pay the balance of the company labor fee.
FAQ
Will I always be considered for a grant?
Receipt of the subsidy is not completely guaranteed. However, you can receive the subsidy by following the prescribed procedure and applying for the subsidy based on the "Letter of Acceptance for Plan Application" received from the Labor Bureau prior to the start of training. Our service provider, Change Corporation, has ample experience in supporting grant applications. We will provide detailed support for the application, including document submission and schedule management.
Is the full amount of the course eligible for subsidy?
The subsidy rate varies depending on the requirements of the eligible employer. Please feel free to contact us for a simulation of the actual burden amount.Get in TouchPlease.
Can I use it immediately after application?
If you wish to use the subsidy, you must submit a plan notification to the Labor Bureau and receive a letter of acceptance prior to the start of the course. We anticipate approximately two weeks from submission of the plan to receipt of the notification.
