Functional modification/change of specifications

The following functional modifications/specification changes have been made.

Content Management > Quiz and Test Creation Form

• Adjusted behavior of pull-down operation during AI assist modal

User Management > Batch User Registration/Update

• Enabled deletion of registered e-mail addresses when updating user information via CSV upload.

Correction details

The following issues have been fixed/resolved

Grade Management > Grade Details

• Examination format: After grading a report or questionnaire writing quiz, the answers change to an unintended display, and the submitted file and handwritten text cannot be downloaded or referenced.

Sales management

• When downloading CSV files, an error message may appear and the file cannot be downloaded even if the number of files is less than the maximum number of files to be downloaded.

Functional modification/change of specifications

The following functional modifications/specification changes have been made.

Medical Records > Groups

• Excluded grades with a status of "Before Study Start" from the total.
• Modified the screen for sending notification e-mails
  • Changed preview to wrap long email addresses and sentences to show the entire text
  • Changed so that clicking Edit Template when there are 0 templates will take the user to the Create New Template screen.

Content Management > Quiz and Test Creation Form

• Adjusted behavior of pull-down operation during AI assist modal

Content Management > Diagnostic Test Materials

• When a diagnostic test is created from a template, it now scrolls to the position where the content was added and highlights it, just as it does when creating other content.

Manage users

• Adjusted pull-down behavior when editing administrative privileges in the Safari browser

Purchase History > Tickets

• Adjustment of search coverage by display period

Operation Log

• Record additions/updates/deletions of third-party apps
• Change the start date and time of sending e-mail history / Change the e-mail template / Record the deletion of history
• Record message box forced exit / message deletion

Correction details

The following issues have been fixed/resolved

Grade Management > Grade Details

• Examination format: After grading a report or questionnaire writing quiz, the answers change to an unintended display, and the submitted file and handwritten text cannot be downloaded or referenced.

• Unable to click the publish to button in Firefox browser and cannot register/update

Reservation management (for related parties) > Reservation management by training

• Change of status allows multiple trainings to be waiting for approval or reserved for the same training.

• [Deleting a course/folder with the "Delete Outstanding Certificates" checkbox checked does not remove the corresponding certificate from the certificate list.

The following issues have been fixed/resolved

Course Details

• The display color of response/submission deadlines changes at unintended times
• In contents with a limit on the number of lessons, even after a certain period of time has elapsed while the status is still learning, the limit on the number of lessons is not reset and learning cannot begin again.

Group batch registration/update

• When CSV is uploaded again, the group tree display is not updated.

User Integration Management > Integrate

• User sorting display does not work properly

Email Settings > Learning Progress Management

• For some owners, the default content of the mail template does not correctly refer to the "Language" setting.

• When a user who does not have grade management privileges outputs the Grade List CSV, the contents of the [Remarks] column are not output.

• Breadcrumbs are not displayed correctly.(after noun, adjective-stem or plain verb) just keeps

Manage users

• [Resend Email Invitation" does not work correctly when operated by a user with some group administrative editing privileges.

User Editing

• [Clicking "Email Invitation Settings > Edit" may not properly navigate to the Edit Email Template screen.

General Public Problem Study Screen

• Twitter button in "Share > Select SNS" does not work in some browsers.
