1.X button is displayed next to the notice of the header part in the notice management.

Group management
1. Groups can now be hierarchical.
2. Added custom field function that allows you to add original input fields such as "Address/Tel" to user information.

Manage contents
1. Added downloadable materials that allow users to download files, such as PDFs and mp3s.
