Functional modification/change of specifications
The following features/specifications have been changed.

Correction details
The following issues have been fixed/resolved

- The image being processed does not display properly in the video learning screen.

- Immediately after failed content creation, folders are not created without reloading
Content Management > Quiz and Test Creation Form
- Question Format: Fill-in-the-blanks / If the pull-down question text includes a short code for audio playback (limit n times), it cannot be saved.
