Important】Error in the display of PDF documents

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the problem with the display of PDF teaching materials, which was announced in the LMS the other day. The problem has now been resolved. However, we would like to ask our customers who are using the system to please do so.

Please update the version of PDF materials.

The specification of PDF teaching materials has been changed since Ver2.8.20 released on February 5.
If you use the PDF files registered before the release of Ver2.8.20, you may experience display problems. To solve this problem, please update to the latest version of the player and it will work properly.

How to operate

Please refer to the following details for the operation method.
(1) Check the version of the player for the PDF material.
2) Next, we will update the player of the registered PDF materials.
These are the two major points.

(1) Check the version of the player for the PDF material.

Go to "Content Management" > "Version Control of Educational Materials Management Tool".

Please check the version of "Type:PDF" in "Conversion Version Control".
Here.Stable version (PDF-4.0.12) or Latest version (PDF-4.0.12)Please make sure that the checkbox is checked.

If you have specified a version earlier than PDF-4.0.12 (in the green box below), please specify "Stable version (PDF-4.0.12)" or "Latest version (PDF-4.0.12)".

2) Next, we will update the player of the registered PDF materials.

Go to "Content Management", and right-click on the folder containing the PDF files and materials => click "Update Player".

Click "Start Conversion".

Depending on the amount of data in the material, it may take some time to convert.

When the conversion is complete, you will see the message "Updated to the latest player".
