Notice of change of paid option [Design Customize] service *For those considering new introduction
Thank you for using learningBOX.
Starting with the next major version upgrade (March 22, 2023), the service content of the paid option "Design Customization" will be changed.
We will be happy to explain the details.
Changes in Design Customization Services
The three changes are as follows
(1) Name will be changed to "Customize".
(2) Customize" operation can be performed by customers themselves.
The functionality has been expanded to allow customers to customize the top page and side menu themselves, making it intuitive even for those with no expertise in design.
You can request "customization" from our design team.
If you would like us to do the initial setup for you, we will accept design requests for a fee.
About the Customization Overview
The following fees are required in addition to the regular license.
*There is no change in price from the "old: design customization".

About Design Requests
The following extra fee will be charged when you order customized design for the default settings.
The following fees are required in addition to the customization.

Three templates are available.
Template A: A simple design that automatically transitions to the login page when the top page is accessed.
Template B: Display an introduction about your e-learning site on the top page. Recommended for commercial use.
Template C: Designed to be used in educational institutions and in-house training programs, with explanations for learners on how to use the system.

Points to note when using this service
Design templates are subject to change without notice.
In that case, the updated content will not be automatically applied to the design you have edited. Please understand this in advance.
We do not accept recovery of data that has been edited or deleted by the customer.
When editing a design, please be sure to save a backup before editing.
If you wish to correct any defects in the design you have created or edited, please do so yourself.
You can restore the default settings by selecting the template again.
Please note that edited content will be discarded.
Depending on the scope and content of the customization, basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript may be required.
Please note that we do not provide technical support regarding the description method, etc.
In principle, we perform server maintenance associated with version upgrades four times a year.
We will not be able to assist you in correcting any design defects associated with this upgrade.
