Human Resource Development Support Course

The "Human Resource Development Support Course" provides subsidies for training expenses when training is conducted in accordance with a training plan in order to help employees acquire knowledge and skills related to their jobs. The following three training programs are available

■Human Resource Development Training
Training to acquire job-related knowledge and skills, conducted through off-the-job training.

Vocational Training with Authorized Practical Training
Vocational training for practical use approved by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare, effectively combining OJT and OFF-JT.

Fixed-term practical training
Training for fixed-term contract workers to convert to regular workers, etc., through an effective combination of on-the-job training and off-the-job training.

Promoting Investment in People Course

The "Course for Promotion of Investment in Human Resources" was realized based on a proposal from the public in order to accelerate investment in human resources. The subsidy will be provided for a limited period from fiscal year 2009 to fiscal year 2026. The following five types of training programs are available, all of which include e-learning training.

Business development and other reskilling support course

The "Business Development and Other Reskilling Support Course" is for training associated with business development, such as launching a new business, DX (Digital Transformation), and GX (Green Transformation) to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.

The subsidy covers training expenses for employers who provide training for their employees to acquire knowledge and skills required in new fields, in accordance with a plan. E-learning training is also eligible for this subsidy.

Points to consider when selecting an e-learning system for grant utilization
