1. When the display width of a field whose input type is "Text Area" is changed, the field display has been adjusted to fit within the frame.
Sent Mail History > Scheduled to be Sent / Sent
1. when the group/grade management authority (edit) of the user who performed the operation was changed after the sending of an invitation/grade management notification/notification e-mail was reserved/sent, the [E-mail Sending History] screen has been modified so that e-mails without management authority will not be displayed.
2. Regarding the display of the "Subject" in the [Send History] screen, when the user selects "Japanese/English/Tiếng Việt" as the language set by the user, the "Subject" is now displayed when "Common" is selected as the corresponding language in the [Edit Mail Template] screen. The subject line is now displayed when "Common" is selected in the corresponding language on the Edit Mail Template screen.
3. In the [E-mail Sending History > Scheduled to Send] screen, both the name and subject of the e-mail template are now displayed as "Out of jurisdiction e-mail template" and the "Change" button is hidden if the user does not have group/grade management (editing) privileges for the e-mail template being displayed.
4. Modified some notification e-mails so that the same e-mail is not displayed in multiple lines.
Upgrade
1. Added notation of the applicable consumption tax rate for invoices/estimates.
2. The "Expiration Date" item on the quotation has been changed to indicate a date six months from the date the quotation was issued.
3. For e-mails related to paid plan orders/auto-renewals, we added an item of total amount/including sales tax 10% in the body of the e-mail, and added the display of the registration number in the footer.
4. When a user applies for a paid plan with invoice payment, the emails sent at the time of order completion, payment completion, plan startup, plan expiration, and plan termination will be sent to the email address entered in the "Email Address (Contact)" field on the "Payment Procedure" screen and to the owner/user with access rights to the settings page. The email address entered in the "Email Address (Contact)" field on the [Settlement Procedure] screen and users with owner/settings page access privileges have been modified.
Reservation history by training (for interested parties)
1. In the [Mail Settings > Training Functions] screen, when the [Use] toggle for the mail template "Training Reservation Approval Notification / Training Reservation Non-Approval Notification / Training Reservation Cancellation Notification / Training Reservation Status Change Notification" is Off, in the [Change Status] modal, the [Send Mail] item cannot be selected other than "Do not send". The "Send Email" item in the "Change Status" modal has been modified so that it cannot be selected other than "Do not send.

Course Details
1. Fixed a bug that the original shortcut course was registered as a favorite when the "Favorite" button of the corresponding course was clicked on the "Course Details" screen of the shortcut course.
Manage contents
1. In the [Quiz/Test Creation Form] screen, when the "Writing Method" item was set to "Handwritten with pen" in the "Question Format: [Report/Survey Writing]" question, the size displayed in the "Handwriting Frame Size" pulldown was incorrectly indicated.
2. Fixed a bug in which an error occurred when duplicating a course/folder with a large data volume for which a heading/clear condition was set and all contents could not be duplicated.
Upgrade/renew your contract
1. Fixed a bug in which "¥" and "yen" were displayed simultaneously in the "Annual Contract" panel of each plan/option regarding lump-sum payment.
2. Fixed a bug in which "8 months" was not displayed in the "Contract Term" pull-down menu, and two "9 months" were displayed, when a new/continuing monthly subscription was made with the language set to "English".
