Check utilization

• The total number of studies differs from the number displayed in the grade control list.

Answer Details

• When fraud detection indicates "suspected fraud," the device and browser information fields will not be displayed.

Content Management > Report Issue Form

• After creating a shortcut for a report assignment material, changing the resubmission permission settings for the original report assignment material will not affect the shortcut material.

Check grades

• Grades are not being accurately reflected.
