1. Changed to display the "Upgrade" button on the top right corner of the screen when a member who has access to the settings page logs in. You can apply for plan change or continuation from here.

1. There was a problem that when the preview button was clicked on the question creation form, the form was redirected to the content management screen.
2. Fixed a problem where question tags would disappear when a section was moved in the question form, so that the information is saved correctly.
