[Advance Notice] Notice of Specification Changes for Ver. 4.0
Thank you for your continued support of our services.
Now, with the Ver. 4.0 scheduled for December 10, 2025, we will change the specifications of some functions.
We would like to inform you of the changes as follows:

Manage users
■ Details of Changes
The "Number of accounts used in group" will now include only accounts in the "Active" and "Suspended" statuses, instead of "All statuses" as before.
■Impact
When there are invalid users, the "Number of accounts used in a group" displayed on the Manage users will be reduced.
Also, if the capacity of a group is set, a new slot will be available.

Interlocking content
■ Details of Changes
Effective from version 4.0, the method for setting “Interlocking content” will change from being set from the linked content to being set to the source content.
■Impact
The setting procedure and access to the setting page will be changed.
Please be aware the new setting page.
*Ver. 4.0 or later, please make settings from the Edit of the Interlocking content page.

Rich text editor (TinyMCE)
■ Details of Changes
The editor (TinyMCE) used in the creation and editing pages will be updated to TinyMCE 8.
■Impact
Many customers will not be affected if they use the site in the usual way, such as typing text as usual, bolding, colors, links, inserting images, etc.
However, some descriptions may be removed or changed after the update if you are using the following specialized HTML:

-HTML comments containing tags
-Conditional comments for previous Internet Explorer
-Tag-like strings such as `` in attribute values

If you have previously created content in the editor using advanced HTML or extensive comments, please review the relevant content before the update and consider taking measures such as revising how it is written or creating backups as needed.
