【Advance Notice】Notice of Specification Changes Accompanying the Release of Ver. 4.1

In preparation for the Ver. 4.1 release scheduled for January 21, 2026, we will be modifying the specifications of certain features.
We would like to inform you of the changes as follows:

【For Customers Using the Training Function Only】

Training reservation history
■ Details of Changes
On April 15, 2026 (Ver. 5.1), the "Training Reservation History" screen will be discontinued and transitioned to the "Training Reservation and Attendance" screen, a new feature introduced in the Ver. 4.1 release.
※Both screens will remain available until the integration is complete.
■ Action Request
From January 21, 2026 (Ver. 4.1) to April 15, 2026 (Ver. 5.1), please add the "Training Reservation/Attendance" menu to either the side menu or header menu.

Effective as of the transition date, we will discontinue and consolidate the email templates listed below.
