[Advance Notice] Notice of Specification Changes for Ver. 5.1 Release

With the release of Ver. 5.1 scheduled for April 15, 2026, the specifications of some functions will be changed.
We would like to inform you of the changes as follows:

Elimination of "Training Reservation History" screen

Training reservation history
■ Details of Changes
The "Training Reservation History" screen will be discontinued and replaced by the "Training Reservation and Attendance" screen of Ver. 4.1 release function.
■ Action Request
Please add a "Training Reservation and Attendance" menu item for the side or header menu by April 15, 2026 (Ver. 5.1).

■ Details of Changes
The email template sent when training is canceled varies depending on the user interface.
Effective as of the transition date, we will discontinue and consolidate the email templates listed below.
