Advance Notice] Notice of Specification Changes for Ver. 5.2 Release
Thank you for your continued support of our services.
We are pleased to announce that we will be updating our shared server on May 20, 2026.
This update will be performed non-stop, so there will be no service outage time.
With the release of Ver. 5.2, the specifications of some functions will be changed.
We would like to inform you of the changes as follows:

Change of operating privileges for detailed content publication period settings
■ Affected Features
Publication period > Advanced settings (gear icon on the right side of the screen)
■ Details of Changes
The permissions to operate the detailed settings (gear icon) on the "Publication Period" setting screen in the content management will be restricted.
Comparison before and after change
Before change: Content management editing/viewing authority + Content allocation authority (partial)
After change: Content management edit/view authority + Content allocation authority (all users + all content)
■ Action Request
Administrators who are operating with "partial privileges" will not be able to operate the setting buttons after the update.
If you wish to continue to allow the operation, please make the following changes to the settings after the update.
Setting location: System Settings > Set the scope of system operations by permissions
Setting item: Turn On "Allow (partial) content assignment authority to change detailed settings for publication period".
