[Advance Notice] Notice of Specification Changes for Ver. 6.0 Release

With the release of Ver. 6.0 scheduled for June 17, 2026, the specifications of some functions will be changed.
We would like to inform you of the changes as follows:

Relaxed access privileges on the contents list (across courses and folders) screen and added the ability to create shortcuts

■ Details of Changes
We will relax access privileges to the contents list (across courses and folders) screen and add specifications for creating shortcuts within the same screen.
Comparison before and after change

■ Action Request
With this easing of privileges, users with "View" privileges will be able to create and use content shortcuts to other courses for which they have "Edit" privileges.
In order to prevent unintended placement and use of content, please check and review the permissions granted to each user or group before updating to ensure that the "combination of read and edit permissions" is appropriate.

End of support for Mozilla Firefox
■ Details of Changes
Mozilla Firefox ("Firefox") is no longer a recommended browser and will no longer be supported.
Handling after support ends: When using Firefox, there is a possibility that some functions may not work properly or display corruption or other problems may occur. Operation warranty and technical support for these issues will not be provided.

Please switch to Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
