[Advance Notice] Notice of Specification Changes Accompanying the Release of Version 7.1
Thank you for your continued support of our services.
In conjunction with the release of Version 7.1, scheduled for October 21, 2026, we will be making changes to the specifications of certain features.
We would like to inform you of the changes as follows:

Change in Payment Method (PayPal → Stripe)
■ Affected Features
Payment Methods for Plan and Option Sign-ups
PayPal Payment (One-Time Payment) / PayPal Payment (Subscription)
■ Details of Changes
We will discontinue "PayPal" as a payment method for learningBOX and add "Stripe" as a new option.
This is in response to the end of support for the PayPal payment method used by learningBOX.
■ Upcoming Schedule
・October 21, 2026: Release of Ver. 7.1 (Stripe payments now available)
・End of December 2026: End of support for PayPal (recommended deadline for switching)
・March 17, 2027: Discontinuation of PayPal as a payment method (final deadline)
■ Action Request
We kindly ask customers who are currently paying via PayPal to switch to an alternative payment method, such as Stripe, before PayPal payments are discontinued. (Although PayPal will remain available from January 2027 through March 17, we recommend making the switch by December 31, 2026, as you will not be able to receive support from PayPal in the event of any issues.)
We will provide further details, including specific procedures, at a later date.

Change in Payment Method for the E-Commerce Functionality (PayPal → Stripe)

We will discontinue "PayPal" as a payment method available through our e-commerce platform and add "Stripe" as a new payment method.
This is in response to the end of support for the PayPal payment method used by learningBOX.
■ Upcoming Schedule
・October 21, 2026: Release of Version 7.1 (Stripe account setup and activation)
・End of December 2026: End of support for PayPal (recommended deadline for switching)
・March 17, 2027: Discontinuation of the PayPal payment feature on learningBOX (final deadline)
■ Action Request
For customers currently using PayPal, we kindly ask that you switch to an alternative payment method, such as Stripe, before PayPal is discontinued. (While PayPal payments will remain available from January 2027 through March 17, we strongly recommend switching to an alternative payment method by the end of December 2026, as PayPal will no longer provide support in the event of payment issues after that date.)
We also recommend that customers who are planning to set up payment methods for their e-commerce platform use Stripe.
Please note that procedures such as setting up a Stripe account will be available through the learningBOX admin panel following the release of Version 7.1 on October 21.

Adding Input Restrictions for Group Codes and Content Codes

■ Details of Changes
You will no longer be able to specify "all" (case-insensitive) for group codes and content codes.
■ Action Request
If you have set the group code or content code to “all,” you will no longer be able to update group or content information with the code set to “all” after the update. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please change the code to something other than “all” before the update.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
