New Features
Content Display Based on Personality Test Results
The Interlocking content feature, which automatically displays the optimal courses, folders, and content to learners based on the results of personality tests, has been expanded. This enhancement ensures that the most suitable content is presented to participants according to their proficiency level and assessment results, thereby providing an environment optimized for individual learning and maximizing educational effectiveness.

Feature Improvement of Manage Content
By expanding the Manage courses UI, content management will become more efficient. The Manage contents page accessed from Manage courses has been revamped, with enhanced pagination and filtering functions to ensure smooth usability even with over 10,000 pieces of content. Additionally, new features have been added, including the ability to convert a folder into a course and the function to move folders and content to other courses.

Improved Operability of the Notification Function
Admins can check the read/unread status of notifications for each user in a list. Specifically, by filtering for unread users, they can quickly grasp who has missed a notification. Additionally, the unread status is now displayed in the notification panel on the user's dashboard, making the status clear at a glance.
Furthermore, it is possible to identify users who have not yet read a notification and resend an email to those specific users. This ensures thorough dissemination of important notifications. When resending the email, it can be sent as "Important" regardless of the user's individual settings.

Batch Download of Correction Data for Grading
Grade managers will now be able to individually download the correction data attached during grading from the Manage grades page, as well as download it all together in a batch download. This new feature significantly improves operational efficiency when handling data for a large number of participants. Furthermore, the downloaded files will be organized and saved in a folder structure based on the grade information.

Maximum Number of Accounts in a Group
The specifications for checking the upper limit of the number of accounts that can be registered within a group have been changed. Moving forward, only users whose account status is "Active" or "Temporarily suspended" will be counted toward the total number of accounts in the group. Therefore, if an account is set to "Invalid," it will free up space in the group's registration limit. This change allows for more accurate and flexible management of the account limit than before.

Added New Items to Search Grades
We have added two new filtering functions to the Grade details. This allows admins to easily find and tally the latest grades or the highest scores when exporting CSV data, even if participants repeat their learning or attempts on surveys, quizzes, or exams multiple times. As a result, the effort previously required for manual data organization can be significantly reduced.
Furthermore, this new filtering function also supports the management of various grades, including those from Quizzes/exams, Questionnaire, and Personality tests.

Content Assignment API by Login ID
In the content assignment API, specifying users by login ID has been added as a method for user identification. This allows users to be specified using an array of login IDs when assigning or unassigning courses, folders, and content via the API, enabling more flexible user management when integrating with external systems.

Notice
Advance Notice of Manage Courses
In Version 4.0, to further enhance customer convenience, we implemented an update that combines the new Manage content feature with the existing Manage courses as its foundation.
Furthermore, this feature will be reborn as the new Manage contents page in Version 5.0, which is scheduled for future release. Accordingly, the current Manage contents is scheduled to be sequentially switched over to the new page.
The Version 5.0 update is expected to bring significant changes to the Manage content operation method and page layout. Therefore, it may become necessary to review or update the operating manuals and training materials currently in use.
We will keep you updated on the details of the update as they become available.
Change in API Information Disclosure Method (URL Distribution)
We will be sequentially changing the method for providing the API information published by learningBOX from the conventional Excel data distribution to URL distribution.
The purpose of this change is to immediately reflect the latest information and centralize references.

The learningBOX API information, which was previously provided individually, is now available for reference at the following URL starting today (December 10, 2025).
