New Features
CSV Import/Export to Manage High-Volume "Segments"
A feature is now available that allows learners to filter or switch courses based on pre-set segments on the "Select a course" page.
Additionally, Segment settings, which was previously located within the Basic course settings, has become an independent settings menu. This change enables smoother operations for creating, editing, and deleting segments directly from the list. Furthermore, new functionality has been added to import segments via CSV files and export current segment data.
With a registration capacity of up to 5,000 segments, users can now manage extensive datasets with greater efficiency.

Enhanced Operational Permissions for Access Period
Regarding the Access period settings, we have updated the operational permissions for the Advanced settings, which govern global configurations across the entire environment. Previously, modifications could be executed by users with restricted permissions, which occasionally resulted in learner confusion due to unintended display changes. Under the new specifications, access is restricted exclusively to Admins and Content manager (Assign) for all content and all groups. This adjustment facilitates a more secure and stable administrative environment.

Intuitive AI Generation and Translation for Video Subtitles
A new procedural guide has been implemented to streamline the workflow from AI subtitle generation to translation, ensuring a more intuitive experience when converting audio to text or translating into multiple languages. Additionally, by optimizing button dimensions and placement, the Save command is now more prominent, allowing users to finalize their projects without exiting the translation interface.

Direct Copying via Management Page: Rapid Public URL Retrieval
When content is set to "Public" within the Manage content page, new options for "Copy Public URL" and "Access Public URL" will now populate the existing content URL field. Previously, retrieving or verifying a public URL directly from this section was not possible, necessitating a more labor-intensive process. This update enables the immediate acquisition and verification of URLs for public-facing content, significantly streamlining external sharing workflows.
