Important] Notice Regarding Windows 10 Recommended Environment Exclusion

We are pleased to announce that as of Wednesday, September 17, 2025, Windows 10 will be excluded from the recommended environment for learningBOX.
This is a response to the fact that Microsoft will end support for Windows 10 on and after October 14, 2025 (Tuesday), so that our customers can use our services in a safer and more stable environment.

■Impact of Exclusion from Recommended Environment
The change does not mean that the service will be immediately unavailable.
Please note, however, that support will not be provided for display corruption or malfunctions caused by Windows 10.
Therefore, we would like to ask you to consider migrating to Windows 11, the successor OS.
