1. If a quiz had an error and could not be published, the quiz's error message was displayed after the publish method was set, so the error message is now displayed before the publish method is set.
List of Certificates
1. Changed the column name of the downloaded CSV to be the same as the column name of the certificate list.
2. Added a "Teaching Material Name" column in the downloaded CSV. This is applied to the learning materials after today.

1. Fixed a bug that the trash can function in the image insertion function (elFinder) did not work in the function that can decorate text (tinyMCE) displayed when entering text.

1.Fixed a bug in which the tooltip was not displayed when the mail notification list was displayed in a narrow screen and the button in the operation column was stored in the + button, even if the cursor was placed after displaying the button.
2. In some environments, there was a problem where the list was not displayed correctly even if you specified a group in the list tab and filtered by "Only unlearned".

1. Fixed a problem in which multiple certificates selected earlier were displayed when the pull-down was reopened after the certificate pull-down was opened and selected on the List tab.
