I'm in the Quality Control Department now, but when the product was first released, I was answering phone calls and emails from customers, and I received so many "thank yous" via email and phone. To explain the history of learningBOX, it was originally released as an e-learning web system that added the ability to save grades to "QuizGenerator", a free quiz creation tool.
It was released on April 13, 2016 as learningBOX 0.7.0, and at that time as QuizGenerator (beta). When it was first released, it had a fairly simple structure with "learning materials", "members", "learning", and "grades". Since then, many months have passed, and learningBOX now has many features such as various settings and solving methods.

Quality control of learningBOX
In the Quality Control Department, we always check each browser once a week to see if there are any problems in learningBOX. We also check the operation of new features that have not yet been released on a daily basis. We identify any problems before announcing them as new features and ask the development department to fix them.
When we receive emails or phone calls from customers inquiring about how to operate our products, there is actually a pattern of "not working due to a defect". I am nothing but grateful that we have customers who contact us about defects.
